Retail Store Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a refund or exchange (except football helmets 14 days).

Choose your option:

  1. Return item with NO Exchange, 20% restocking fee.
  2. Return item with Exchange of another item of equal or greater value NO restocking fee.
  3. Return Footwear with NO Exchange, 30% restocking fee on items under $100 and 20% restocking fee items over $100.
  4. Return item for a Store Credit NO restocking fee. A store credit never expires.

** Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. If shipping charges were originally free they remain free. Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. **

Returns initiated without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

No Returns for any reason 

NO Hassle Return or Exchange
as long as ALL tags are attached and item is in original condition, (bats with plastic wrapper intact) brand new & unused.


Your new aluminum/composite bat carries up to a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects.
All unused, new bats in their original “shrink wrapped” packaging may be returned to ApeSportsUSA within 30 days of purchase. Please ema for a Return Authorization. Unless products are defective or shipped in error, shipping charges are not refundable. If you return a Bat to ApeSportsUSA that is out of its original packaging it will be shipped back to you at your expense. 
All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer. Defective or damaged bats may be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. The bat manufacturer's phone numbers are shown below for your convenience. Please call them directly to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof of purchase.

Wood bats carry no warranty or guarantees.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Monday through Friday until 4pm ET.

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 day transit time once item ships.

USPS Express: 1-2 days transit time once item ships.

Most orders will ship SAME DAY if purchased by 4pm ET, however, this is NOT guaranteed.
